Registry Overview

International Registries, Inc. and its affiliates (IRI) provide administrative and technical support for the Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI) maritime and corporate registries. IRI has a network of 26 worldwide offices that have the ability to register a vessel or yacht, including those under construction, record a mortgage or financing charter, incorporate a company, issue seafarer documentation, and service clientele. The Marshall Islands Registry has low taxes and is respected worldwide. The country is a presidential republic in free association with the United States and enjoys similar benefits to its British Overseas Territory counterparts making it a great jurisdiction for yacht registration. The Marshall Islands, officially the Republic of the Marshall Islands, is an independent island country near the equator in the Pacific Ocean. The two official languages of the Marshall Islands are English and Marshallese, a Malayo-Polynesian dialect.

The International Registries, Inc. has offices in Annapolis and Fort Lauderdale along with those in major maritime cities around the world. This enables same-day service for the yachting community, regardless of location and time zone.
